South Florida Psychiatry provides high-quality, integrative psychiatric care for adults and children in and around Miami, Florida. Our providers take a blended approach to managing various mental health disorders and behavioral health conditions. Our providers personalize care plans for mental health disorders, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They also diagnose and treat developmental disorders like attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in kids and adults.

Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, behavior modification, and other effective therapies, our providers give individuals the tools they need to improve their quality of life. They provide psychiatric counseling, medication management, and other services in-office and through a virtual telehealth platform.

Our providers also have extensive experience helping LGBTQ people navigate the unique challenges they face. They can address eating disorders, substance abuse, and other mental and behavioral conditions affecting the LGBTQ community.

Dr. Ernesto L. Sarduy

Dr. Ernesto L. Sarduy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who completed a Post-Graduate PMHNP Residency Program at the Miami Veteran’s Affairs Hospital. He completed his Doctoral Degree from Florida International University. Dr. Sarduy was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served an active-duty period from 2009-2013. He graduated from the School of Infantry in 2009 and was stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 2.
