Dr. Ernesto L. Sarduy is an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner serving patients at South Florida Psychiatry in Miami, Florida.
He has provided care for veterans at the Miami VA Medical Center since 2017 and was recognized as the first psychiatric nurse practitioner resident in its history.
Dr. Sarduy developed a suicide prevention protocol during the COVID-19 pandemic and continues advancing mental health outcomes for veterans and the community.
He treats adults and children and offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Glenda Ybarra is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner qualified to deliver specialized medical care, with a primary focus on intervention through psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami-Dade College through the Baptist Health Nurse Scholars Program. As a Registered Nurse at Baptist Hospital of Miami, she began providing care for patients with diverse disorders.
Following the completion of her Master of Science in Nursing from West Coast University, she became a member of the South Florida Psychiatry team, where she is dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a comfortable atmosphere for her clients.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, she provides medical care to a diverse community with the objective of empowering patients to enhance their mental well-being, delivering exceptional and quality care. In her free time, Glenda focuses on self-improvement through exercise and meditation, while also enjoying food and creating memories with her fiancé and her family.

Since 2017, she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, gaining valuable experience in mental health care across diverse populations.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry and is currently advancing her expertise through a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program.
Christabel takes a holistic and person-centered approach, working closely with each individual to create customized treatment plans that support their unique needs and goals. With compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to collaborative care, Christabel empowers her clients on their journey toward healing and mental well-being.

Susel Martinez is a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals through psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.
Susel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and built extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, most recently at Baptist Hospital of Miami, where she provided care to patients with complex medical and mental health needs.
She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, focusing on psychiatric care to help break the stigma surrounding mental health.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Susel proudly serves a diverse community and is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported in their healing journey. Outside of her practice, Susel enjoys mindfulness activities such as meditation, caring for her orchids, and spending quality time with her family.

Daymi treats a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. Her services include comprehensive mental health consultations, psychiatry follow-ups, medication reviews and management, and trauma-informed counseling.

She began her nursing career in 2016 and spent six years in critical care, including two years as a travel nurse on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. These experiences reinforced her belief that mental health is inseparable from physical health and deepened her commitment to holistic treatment.

Her clinical expertise includes crisis stabilization, medication management, and interdisciplinary coordination to support patients’ emotional and behavioral well-being.
